Travel Arrangements

We offer pre-bookable transfers to ensure a smooth and safe arrival for your child. Our dedicated Millfield staff will handle the logistics, providing support and guidance at every step.

Transfer Options and Charges

Transfer Fee: £295 ( To include arrival and/or departure)

  • Bristol Airport
  • Heathrow Airport
  • St. Pancras International Station (Eurostar)
  • Gatwick Airport* (by request only)

Transfers are only available on the designated dates and times below:

Scheduled Transfer Dates

Street Campus:

  • Arrivals: 5th July, 19th July, 2nd August
  • Departures: 19th July, 2nd August, 16th August

Glastonbury Campus:

  • Arrivals: 5th July, 19th July
  • Departures: 19th July, 2nd August

Timing: Transfers are arranged for flights or trains arriving/departing between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (British Summer Time).
Please note: Transfers cannot be arranged outside these times. If your child arrives or departs outside these windows, private transfer arrangements will need to be made.

Transfers are arranged for flights or trains arriving/departing between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (British Summer Time).

Transfer Procedure

  • Provide travel details at least 6 weeks before arrival.
  • Changes to transfer details are not permitted after the Wednesday before departure unless due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Arrivals must be on designated days unless prior written agreement has been made.

On arrival, participants will be greeted by our Millfield staff, wearing red Millfield t-shirts or hoodies and carrying a Millfield sign. For Heathrow transfers, Terminal 5 is the designated meeting point. On departure, Millfield staff will accompany participants through the check-in process to ensure a smooth experience.

For Parents or Agents Dropping Off/Picking Up

This is only possible on our scheduled arrival and departure days at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Arrangements must be booked 6 weeks prior as part of our transfer service. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Making Your Own Arrangements

If you wish to organise travel outside our scheduled transfer times or from different airports/stations, please inform us no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Important: Participants arriving/departing outside of our advertised days and times require written agreement from Millfield staff. Safeguarding and wellbeing are our top priorities, and all arrangements will be reviewed to ensure safety standards.
