Our booking deadline for Millfield Summer Camp 2025 will be closing on the 5th of June 2025. However, availability can become limited closer to our booking deadline, we strongly encourage you to book a place as soon as possible.

I am afraid this is not possible. Due to safeguarding policies, all attendees on our Glastonbury Campus must be 8 - 11 years old, and on our Street Campus attendees must be 12-16 years old on arrival.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate 17 year olds, as the programme has been carefully designed to provide an immersive experience tailored specifically for participants aged 12 to 16 on arrival. However, if your child turns 17 during the camp, they will still be eligible to participate.

You can make an immediate payment via our website. 

The balance of camp fees is due by the 5th of June 2025. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit retained. Enrolments received after the payment deadline must be accompanied by full payment.

2. Flywire:

Alternatively, we partner with Flywire to manage all camp fee payments.

3. Bank Transfer

For those who prefer an alternative method, our invoices also provide our bank details. Please note, if using this option, the full payment must be received in GBP. To make a payment by Bank Transfer, please email summercamp@millfieldschool.com to request our bank details. 

When making payment, please reference any payments with 'Millfield Summer Camp' followed by the child's last name, or if paying for more than one child at a time the parent/guardian last name for individual bookings, or agency name for agent bookings. 

Please note when making a payment by Bank Transfer, all charges by both banks will need to be paid by the sender.

On our Street Campus, there is an additional charge of 400 GBP for the 'Outdoor Adventurers' Camp Option. This is due to participants leaving the campus to explore caves, climbing and lots more.

There is an additional charge for using our Millfield Transfer Service of £295 GBP. More information about Millfield Travel Arrangements can be found here.

A non-refundable deposit of £500 needs to be paid to reserve your booking.

To attend the full 6-week camp, please add these weeks to the checkout: ‘Weeks 1-2’, ‘Weeks 3-4’, and ‘Weeks 5-6’. The Camp Options are organised into 2-week periods, and you can choose different Camp Options for each block (Weeks 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6).

Please check your junk folder. If you have not received an email to confirm your application has been submitted, please contact the team at summercamp@millfieldschool.com because your booking may not have gone through.

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.

After booking with us, you'll receive a confirmation letter containing a link to our comprehensive 'Camp Guide.' This guide provides essential information on travel, visas, packing tips, camp protocols, summer manager's contact details, and much more to help you prepare and during your summer camp experience.

Yes, our catering teams can accommodate special dietary requirements for medical reasons or religious observance. You will need to send us full details when booking or via our Medical Form in advance of your child’s arrival so that we can be fully prepared.

You can inform us of any accommodation requests when you book. We will consider all requests and meet them if we can, but they are subject to availability and cannot be 100% guaranteed.

All medication must be given to the Houseparent on arrival. It must be kept safe and administered by our welfare / medical staff. We accept medicines prescribed by a doctor from your own country, as long as there is an English translation.

We offer a Millfield Transfer Service for both arrivals and departures at Bristol Airport, Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport (on request) and St. Pancras International Train Station (Eurostar). If you prefer, you can bring your child to the school yourself and / or pick them up on departure. For own arrangements, please click here for our taxi list. 

Please note that hairdryers are not provided in the accommodation, including in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We kindly recommend bringing your own.

We recommend booking our Millfield Transfer Service. However, if you wish to organise travel outside our scheduled transfer times or from different airports / stations, please inform us no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Important: Participants arriving / departing outside of our advertised days and times require written agreement from Millfield staff. Safeguarding and wellbeing are our top priorities, and all arrangements will be reviewed to ensure safety standards.

Millfield Summer Camp Complaints Procedure

We love to have former participants returning to our camp, information for the following year's camp is not available until after the current year's Summer Camp has finished. We always aim to open bookings for the next season in October 2025.

We cannot take responsibility for lost property, but we will do our best to help you. If you send us a full description of what has been lost, we will check the lost property for you.

It is helpful for all concerns and complaints to be raised at the time so that we have opportunity to resolve them. If you would like to raise a complaint after your child’s departure, this must be done by email / in writing within 10 days of your child leaving Millfield Summer Camp.
