The best institutions have a sense of purpose and on our courses this is ingrained, with clear ideas about what we want to achieve in a modern learning environment. This is a people industry and we realise that when parents send their children to us they don’t just want a language course, they want the best possible future for them. We engineer spaces where natural learning can take place in a holistic setting, equipping students with life-long language ability, and social and cultural awareness.
We're looking for passionate teachers who want to not just improve students' language skills, but inspire students as well.
Activity & Social Roles
It's all about providing the best 'Millfield experience' for our students, which is why our Activity & Social team are so important. We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic staff to keep the fun going at all times, even when it's raining... which it does... a lot.
Attending a language course can be an intimidating experience for international students at times, with many of the students attending our courses travelling abroad for the first time.
We're looking for caring and considerate staff to join our Pastoral team - pastoral staff are pivotal in ensuring all students are happy and safe during their stay.
Operational & Logistics Roles
Running an English language course is a big operation and our Operational & Logistics team play a crucial role in supporting us with this.
Providing services to all teams within the courses is a challenging role, but very rewarding when you see everything come together. We're looking for thinkers - whether that be on your feet or outside the box!
We're looking for creative types who are passionate about photography and film. All staff work hard to create an inspiring and cultural learning experience for our students (with a lot of fun along the way) and it's the Media team's job to capture it.
Being able to tell our story is a big part of our courses, which is why we're looking for hardworking and creative individuals to run our social media channels, as well as produce high-quality promotional materials which are essential for us to use for the rest of the year.
A lot of work goes on behind-the-scenes on an English language course with our Administration team providing essential support to all teams, as well as being a key link between the courses and our full-time team.
We're looking for organised people with excellent communication skills who are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and are able to learn new systems quickly.
