Additional Hygiene & Safety Measures - Sports & Activity Courses

Before you arrive

Pre-book
Anyone wishing to send their child on our courses and activities must book a place in advance by completing an application form. Children who have not been pre-booked before a course start date will not be permitted to attend.

If your child has Covid-19 symptoms or a confirmed case of Covid-19
If your child is displaying Covid-19 symptoms or has a confirmed case of Covid-19, we ask that you follow Government guidelines about Covid-19 symptoms in children and contact us by email at enterprises@millfieldschool.com to inform us prior to arrival where further actions could be taken.

Changes and updates
Our Sports & Activity courses operate based on the Government guidelines and situation. We will contact the parent/guardian of any child booked by email with any updates.

On Arrival

Parking
Full details on where to park will be given prior to the course start date, please ensure you only park in designated parking areas. 

Signage
There will be signs on-site informing guests of safety measures in place. Please ensure you adhere to any guidance.

On-Site Hygiene Measures

Hygiene
We ask that all children uphold the highest possible hygiene standards. Whether it be when sneezing or coughing, through regular hand washing or the frequent application of hand sanitiser.
