Easter Revision Teachers

Millfield Easter Revision Course occasionally has a need to supplement the core of teachers at GCSE, AS and A Level in a number of subjects depending on student numbers. English Language Holiday Course Vacancies

EFL Teachers

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses are well established with many returning staff. We are looking for a number of enthusiastic EFL teachers to join the team. You need to hold at least a CELTA qualification and a degree. Class sizes are small (no more than 12 students) and we also employ dedicated Pastoral and Activity Staff. Induction training and preparation time is provided (paid pro rata) and accommodation is available on our own campuses. EFL teachers are required to assist on a rota basis with the social programme, house duties and excursions.

Activities Staff

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses require enthusiastic Activities Staff for a number of positions. Many staff return year after year; they work hard and play harder. Would you like to join the team for up to six weeks this summer for what's been described as the best summer job ever? Full induction training is given and if you like working with young people, have an outgoing personality, have coaching skills or just stacks of enthusiasm and are prepared to play your part in ensuring our students have a fantastic holiday; we want to hear from you. Induction training is given and paid pro rata, accommodation is provided on our own campuses.

Sports Coaches

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses require enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join the team for up to six weeks this summer to staff our Sports & Recreation Course. Many staff return year after year; they work hard and play harder. Have you got coaching qualifications and do you enjoy working with young people? Are you prepared to play your part in ensuring our students have a fantastic holiday? If the answers are 'yes', we want to hear from you! Induction training is given and paid pro rata, accommodation is provided on our own campuses.

Academic Managers

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses are looking for Academic Managers for our six week summer course. Previous summer school experience is essential and you must hold a DELTA qualification and/or a relevant Masters Degree. Full induction training is given and preparation time in conjunction with other senior staff. You will need to be available from 6th July, the Courses run from 11th July until 22nd August in 2010. Accommodation is provided on our own campuses.

Pastoral Staff

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses require Residential Co-ordinators for the six week summer course. You will be responsible for the welfare and well-being of the students and the fabric of the Boarding House Accommodation. Duties will include giving fire briefs to students on arrival, ensuring all rules are adhered to in the Boarding Houses for the safety and comfort of all students and staff accommodated. You will be responsible for collecting, safe keeping and returning of travel tickets, passports and pocket money and also for the organising and running of some of the evening social programme on a rota basis.

Sports and Social Managers

Millfield English Language Holiday Courses require Sports and Social Managers for our six week summer course. Many of our staff return year after year, they work hard and play harder. Have you got organisational and management skills to co-ordinate and give direction to their enthusiasm and ensure that our students have the best holiday experience ever? Sports and Social Managers will be in charge of the sports and recreational side of the summer school, or the excursions and the social programme. Accommodation is provided on our own campuses.
