Participants will cover all aspects of pool safety and rescue techniques, they must have reasonable swimming ability.

ASA/UKCC Teacher of Aquatics Level 1 (Units 1&2)- This week long course covers the basic skills required to teach swimming. Successful candidates will be able to assist a Level 2 teacher on poolside.

ASA/UKCC Teacher of Aquatics Level 2 (Units 1-6)- This intensive 10 day course covers all aspects of swimming techniques and the development of swimmers. Successful candidates will be permitted to teach from beginners to pre-competition level.

RLSS Pool Trainer Assessor- Successful candidates will be able to teach the NPLQ and act as an assessor on external courses. They will be permitted to take on site staff training under the guidance of IQL. All participants must hold an up to date NPLQ and must be 17 years or over.
